Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders, Australia-wide.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery times
Our products are dispatched from warehouses in Australia. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2-7 business days
- Regional and remote areas (including parts of WA, NT and TAS): 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods such as Christmas.
Orders with multiple items
If your order contains products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, contact us at support@abideoverflow.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
